Your questions, answered before you choose

What is the difference between the demo and the 7-day trial?

The demo lets you explore without signing up and does not start a subscription. The 7-day trial is for an Individual or Team account: a card is required and the first charge is on day 8 unless you cancel beforehand. If you have already used a trial, reactivation terms are shown before continuing.

What is the difference between Individual and Team?

Agenda Individual provides a private calendar for one user. Agenda Team lets several people share schedules and manage permissions and task visibility.

What if I need more than five users?

Agenda Team costs €39/month including VAT, with up to five accounts. Start with the owner and invite people later. If you activate more than five accounts now, the summary shows €5/month per extra account before you continue. When adding them later, the planner explains the price change.

Can I use it on my phone and computer?

Yes. ZIRGOX Agenda works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. If you already have an account, use the access button at the top of the page.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Sign in to your Agenda with the owner account and open “Subscription and account → Cancel subscription”. For website purchases, cancelling during the 7-day trial prevents the first charge; afterwards, it prevents the next renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends. If purchased in an app store, follow the Agenda instructions to manage it with that store. Cancelling does not delete your data.

When should I choose a Custom Agenda?

When you need fields, statuses, permissions, processes or integrations tailored to your organisation. This is a custom project from €990, discussed with you, rather than a standard subscription.
